Nohemon yelled out in pain as the digimon slashed at him, moving the shard slightly. He kept firing arrows in multiple direction, starting to foam at the mouth. The viral shard began pulsing and Nohemon seemed to become crazier.

Shiv looked over Yang, his breathing was shallow, but steady. He looked up at the fight. Yin was doing it all wrong! He was just slashing wildly in every direction! This was going to get him nowhere, even with his ability to cut the arrows in half. Shiv looked at Nohemon, looking for a weakness.
As the Digimon turned, he saw it. Lodged in the back of the crow's head appeared to be a black shard of some kind. It pulsed with dark energy. And with each pulse Nohemon seemed to twitch a little. This must be his weakness!
"Yin!" Shouted Shiv, "On the crow, back of the head! It's weakness! Destroy it!"
Shiv reached down and picked up the Discus that he brought from the real world. Thinking quickly, the physics passed through Shiv's mind, he read the breeze, read the battle, and guessed where Nohemon would be in a few seconds. Shiv started spinning, wielding the discus in his right hand.
At the proper time, he let the discus fly!
"Hey Nohemon!" He shouted as loud as he could to give Yin time, "Heads up!"
Yin took the opportunity to attack the shard.

If Alchemon was annoyed at no response from Yang, he made no indication of it, instead dodging the arrows (though his scarf seems to have a few in it now), and tossing the staff aside. Reaching behind him while continuing his walk forward, the alchemist digimon pulled out a strange green vial from seemingly nowhere.
"Unstable Experiment." He stated, narrowing his eyes and hurling the vial at the bird.

With all the attacks coming at him, Nohemon was unable to dodge and took them all, falling over. As he did so, the viral shard came out of him. He blinked, his eyes changing back to normal. "What.....what happened?"

Alchemon pointed at Nohemon, and just started laughing. "That was it? That was all you had? Hahahahahaha! Pathetic!" He grinned a wide toothy grin.
Wizardmon, now on his feet...held a hand out to Inori to help her sit up.
"Will you be able to walk?" He asked, trying to ignore the madly cackling digimon in the background.
"Yea, I'll be fine. Thanks." She smiled...but only for a moment before glancing around Wizardmon to Alchemon. "Who is--"
"No idea." Wizardmon shrugged.

Dante stood, holding Nyaromon in his arms, then looked over at the Nohemon, who was behaving as though he had no idea what he was doing.
"What's your damage?" he asked.
He realized that he picked the fight in the first place, so he wasn't arguing against the thing fighting. Rather, he objected to it stopping the fight. What kind of deal was that? It didn't get to just stop fighting. Why should he show mercy? Why spare the farmer just because he suddenly decided he didn't remember anything?

Shiv wasn't paying attention to the struggling farmer, he was too busy tending to Yang. Yang had suffered sever damage to his chest with that arrow that he took. Yin, devolved to Kyokyomon again, was by his side, fretting over his brother.
"Human! Get out of the way!" He said angrily.
"Back off, slips!" Replied Shiv in annoyance, "I've a better chance of doing this than you do!"
Shiv pulled out his Digivice. It was beeping very weakly, the figure inside looked sad.
"No," muttered Shiv to himself, "This is not how it works. You don't get to leave just yet! Yang! Come back!"
The digivice began to shine, as did Yang's body. The light grew blinding until Shiv had to avert his eyes. When the glow subsided, there was a little green blob in front of Shiv. It looked like it had a pacifier.
"Yang?" Asked Shiv uncertainly.
"Goo?" Asked the blob, "Goo Goo Abappelable! Bbbbbbbbbb! Hee-hee-hee! Apababaploo!"
"Yang?"
"Oh, come off it Yang." Said Yin, "We could all talk when we where babies."
"Awww, Yin!" Yang's voice now sounded like that of an animated chipmunk, "you're no fun!"
Shiv sighed in relief. What an odd battle, what was that shard? While Yin and Yang jumped around each other, Shiv rose and became aware of the others. He walked back to the main group.

Wizardmon had helped Inori to her feet at this point, commenting idly to Nohemon.
"You seem to have decided that the group of us needed to be deleted." Was all he offered, more concerned about his partner and the somewhat crazed seeming Digimon that had come to their aid.
Alchemon turned away from Nohemon, wiping the fiendish grin off his face and replacing it with some semblance of a normal smile. The bandaged digimon began walking slowly towards Inori and Wizardmon, his scarf dipping into the grass to retrieve Wizardmon's staff which he had tossed aside earlier and deliver it to Alchemon's hands.
Alchemon desperately wanted to throw it at Wizardmon (or hit him over the head with it) and berate him for failing to protect his partner, and being utterly useless. The champion level digimon seemed to be more trouble then anything from his perspective. But no...such actions would not get him what he needed. Not yet. For now, he needed to assume a different role. He could play the caring rescuer for the time being, so as to negotiate his accompanying this group...and more importantly her.
"I couldn't help it...I saw you in trouble and..." He trailed off in explanation, stopping a short distance away from the girl and her partner. "I believe this is yours."
He held the staff out to Wizardmon, waiting expectantly. The wizard digimon stepped forward to retrieve his staff, blocking Inori's view of the goggle wearing digimon momentarily...just long enough to fix Wizardmon with a: 'You're the most pathetic creature I've met' look. The expression was gone just as quickly as it appeared, as Wizardmon quickly snatched his staff out of the others hands.
"Thank you." Inori offered in place of her partner, who was doing a surprisingly good job of hiding his rage.
Alchemon took a step to the side so he could look up at Inori, and she could see his expression. He gave her a bright grin, before bowing. "It was my pleasure...and honor, though I believe that one did most of the work." He gestured in the direction of Yin.
Inori's attention shifted to Yin, and she laughed slightly. "That's twice."
Alchemon tilted his head slightly at her laughter, but overall remained silent for the moment, waiting to see what would happen next.
Wizardmon, clutching his weapon tightly in his hands moved back to his partner's side, staring at Alchemon. This, was trouble...the kind that hopefully would reveal itself for what it was quickly and be dealt with. One could only hope at least.

Nohemon blinks in surprise. "Now, y'all are annoying, but I wouldn't delete you just for that." He said and was able to get up and started walking toward a small patch of dirt where what looked like blue tomatoes, red cucumbers, and green pumpkins were growing, along with several other oddly coloured foods. "See I told you I was growing food." he said with what sounded like a smirk in his voice. Small baby leveled and child leveled digimon were waiting around. They looked happy to see him when he came closer.

There was nothing in his heart but vengeance as he approached the patch where Nohemon was, in fact, growing food. There were a bunch of little digimon there, some bigger than Nyaromon, some about the same size. It was the way they smiled as Nohemon approached that began to melt Dante's heart. Could he really hold such a grudge against someone who made all these digimon so happy?
"Do all these digimon help you, or what?" he asked.
He did well to keep his remaining aggression out of his voice. For his part, he wasn't even entirely sure that it was well placed anymore. What had happened was an accident. No one could have changed the outcome, right? If Nohemon hadn't been dodging, Nyaromon would have landed clear of Yang's attack, right? He didn't look Yang's way, but he wondered about that little digimon. He had seemed sorry enough, sure, but was he really, or did he just not bother trying to miss with his attack to get back at Dante for earlier?

Nohemon nodded. "Those who are strong enough do. The littler ones need more care so they help with smaller things. Most of these little ones have lost their families, so I take care of them." he harvested some of the veggies and began distributing them. The little digimon's eyes light up when they received their food. "Nohemon-jichan, where were you?" "Nohemon-jichan, who are those strange digimon?" The digimon kept asking questions as he went down the line. "Just out young-ins. Sorry to have worried you. And they arent digimon, they are humans, from another world." he replied with a kindness in his voice that hadnt been there when he had talked to the humans and their partners. Some of the braver digimon crowded around the humans. "Wow another world really?" "He's right, they dont smell like any digimon I know."

Shiv walked over to the other baby digimon, Yin falling in behind him. They both with wonder at the young ones, both seeing the babies as something worth protecting. Although, Shiv was getting a little annoyed at the overabundance of cuteness.
They both heard the babies munching happily at the odd fruit, and they heard one making more noise than all of the others. They turned to look at which mon was being a glutton.
It was Yang.
"Yum!" He cried, "These are deeeeeelish No Hay old chum! Reeeeal good crop!"
He munched happily on his green pumpkin, gobbling it down like he was starving.
Shiv and Yin facepalmed.

Inori raised an eyebrow at Yang's antics, but turned her attention towards the smaller digimon. She smiled to herself, contemplating what Wizardmon would have looked like when he was in his baby form. Unfortunatly, his true baby form was nothing nearly as cool as the one she was likely imagining.
Wizardmon kept near Inori, trying to strategically place himself between her and Alchemon...while said scarf wearing digimon idled in the background a bit, observing.

Dante was given pause as he regarded the scene before him. The small digimon were so happy with Nohemon around. He wanted revenge for what happened to Nyaromon, but could he take him away from these young ones who relied on his crop? Yang aside, of course. He had no trouble with harm coming to Yang.
"Would you mind giving me a little food for Nyaromon here? Maybe she'll feel better after eating something..."
It was strange, but he felt his anger towards Nohemon seeming to start to fade, replaced by something he didn't recognize. It was strange, for he didn't remember feeling anything even remotely similar, so had nothing on which to base his perceptions. It didn't much matter to him, though. His attentions were elsewhere.
