You can have up to two partners upon arrival in the Digital World - and there needs to be a well-explained reason for it in all the related bios. If you want to pick up a second partner during RP, go for it - but you need to ask a mod or me if you can have more than three partners in your bios and pick up more than one during RP. And we might not say yes..
