(A lot of Wizardmon's attacks depend on which incarnation of him it is...so a little bit of creative license was taken in the descriptions, but the attack names and effects should generally be about the same).
Fresh: Mokumon
In-Training: DemiMeramon
Rookie: Candlemon
Champion: Wizardmon
Armor: FlaWizarmon
Ultimate: Mistymon
Mega: Dynasmon

Attacks
Fresh:
Smoke - Scatters smoke from throughout its body all over, escaping in the instant the opponent has lost sight.
In-Training:
Fireball - shoots fire from it's hands to burn their opponents.
Rookie:
Flame Bomber - Fires small flames that explode if they hit.
Melted Wax - Fires sticky wax at an opponent
Paraffin Paralyzer - Fires multiple gobs of hot wax to paralyze opponents
Candle Ring (I cannot find a description of this for the life of me, but hazarding a guess, I'd think it was a fire attack that spread out from the flame like a ring?)
Champion:
Thunder Ball - A sphere of energy fired from his fingertips
Magical Game - The initial effect of this attack appears to be blue lightning coming from his staff. (The effects vary from the different versions of Wizardmon). Illusions of Wizardmon appear to distract his opponent while the real one charge up a fire based attack with which to surprise his enemy with.
Vision of Terror - Inflicts a terrible vision upon his enemy playing on their fears.
(cut and paste from one of the various Digimon wiki: This ability was given to Wizardmon in his video game and card game versions. This technique varies from different depictions and has numerous different forms. The one thing they all have in common though, is that they all exploit the weakness of fear.)
Not so much a combat ability (it takes too much concentration to do while in a fight), but Wizardmon can levitate off the ground...but only really enough to put him at eye level with his partner. This is mostly useful in the case of water...as he swims as well as a very heavy rock.
Armor:
Fire Cloud - Shoots a cloud of fire from his hand
Magical Ignition - Ignites matches on ground and throws them, causing a huge burst of flame
Ultimate:
Core Dart - Surrounds his crystal ball with fire and throws it at his enemies.
Blast Fire - Sends surrounded flames from his sword to his opponent.
Mega:
Breath of Wyrven - Opens his mouth to unleashes his destructive energy aura, which takes the form of a massive dragon.
Dragon's Roar - A powerful blast attack that is shot from the gems in his palms,

Appearance and personality
Baby:
Mokumon is very timid, likely due to it's incredible vulnerability at this stage, as it's digi-core is only hidden benieth the layers of smoke that make it's 'body'. He will flee before he will fight any day.
In-Training:
DemiMeramon retains the timid nature of it's previous form, but is far more inclined to fight back.
Rookie:
Candlemon does not speak much, but when it does, it seems to enjoy confusing people. It switches off between speaking through the flame and the candle because he 'finds it funny when people cannot decide which face to focus on'.
Champion:
Generally a quiet creature, Wizardmon is a thoughtful, calculating Digimon. He has an innate love for magic, and all things associated with it. As such, magic tricks are something he likes to do (and sometimes show off if he is in a particularly courageous mood). Due to his choice in elements, he seems to be less then thrilled about water, and hates the cold.
Wizardmon focuses a good deal of his energy into maintaining this form, making it quite a challenge for him to digivolve, and remain in his evolved forms for extended periods of time.
Armor:
FlaWizarmon doesn't seem to retain much of his other form's personality. FlaWizarmon is a very fiery tempered creature, quick to anger. He almost seems to be the polar opposite of Wizardmon's calm collected self...
Ultimate:
Mistymon is an 'actions speak louder than words' kind of digimon to the point where he almost seems to dislike speaking to anyone in any form of length outside of his partner. He is fiercely protective of said partner, always ready to step in and defend her.
Mega:
If loyalty were a form of currency, Dynasmon would be one very, very wealthy digimon. He strives to embody the idea of a loyal knight.
