This Month's RP Character Application

[Hewlett]

So, up for grabs as RP Characters in the month of up ahead are...

(Teo)Asuramon - Leader of the free, uninfected Digimon of the iland and the sages within the Citadel. Impossibly wise and knowledgeable, and rather powerful. Three faces swivel around on his head, each expressing different emotions - an angry red face of wrath for angry, negative emotions; a blue, mournful face of mercy for sad, sorrowful emotions; and a yellow face of blessings for positive, uplifting emotions.

(Shiv)DemiDevimon - Wheedling, sly and yet somewhat incompetent right-hand mand of Devimon, persuing the Chosen Children as they attempt to gather the Hearts of the regions, desperate to stop them and please his dangerous, wrathful master.

(Inori)Locomon - Train leading from region to region, collecting, exchanging, and transporting data. Friendly and affable, but a little gruff on the surface. Rescues the Chosen Children from the Puppetry Fields and later transports them into the inner areas of the Data Factory

Trailmon Mole, Franken (Jr), Ball(Atlas) (each is a separate character) - Put upon shippers of workers and data within the Data Factory. Pleasant and polite, and very eager to please the Chosen Children who might rescue them from their backbreaking servitude to Peacockmon.

(Teo)Kenkimon (X5) - Labourers of the Data Factory, working tirelessly and emotionlessly to construct, dismantle, relocate and develop data. Five of them have developed free-will (and a gruff, blue-collar construction worker personality) and wish to overthrow the tyrannical Peacockmon, that they and their fellows may work for the greater good.

(Shiv)Ballistamon - Leader of the freedom-fighters of the Data Factory. Was once its foreman, and a just and fair boss, but Devimon has imprisoned him in a complex cell. Clever, fair, witty and an excellent negotiator, but not much of a fighter.

(Usa)Mekanorimon (X3) - The other section of the labourers of the Factory. Also emotionless, but all of their number are infected by the Virus and under Peackockmons control. Five of them serve as his enforcers, and three have developed an odd semblance of personality: a sort of Mafia-wannabe tough guy attitude, which has led to the trio forming a sort of rough-and-tough roving gang.

(Hewlett/Dante)Peacockmon - Devimon's left hand, installed as head of the Data Factory some six hundred years ago. Has been slowly and subtly sending the virus out into the island amongst normal data on his masters command. Runs the factory with an iron, um, wing, and is overbearing, malicious, coolly efficient and pitilessly cruel in this.

(Usa)Peacockmon's Mekanorimon - Peacockmon's personal Mekanorimon. Besides his three enforcers and pair of guards, Peacockmon also keeps a sixth Mekanorimon about him, to serve as a steed and meat-shield. Regular mind-wipes and lobotomies keep this one in line, preventing it from being able to reveal any of its masters secrets.

All right, I'll audition for Peacockmon's Mekanorimon as my character.


Mekanorimon had served his Master for as long as he could remember....at least he thought he had. His memory was very fuzzy if he tried to go back farther than when he first began service to his Master. He knew he wasn't bright like the other Mekanorimon but his Master kept him around because what he lacked in smarts he made up for in loyalty and brute strength. He knew what happened to those who displeased his Master, he had to take care of them, so he did anything and everything his Master asked, even when that included being used as something the Master used to take his anger out on. He looked at his hunch, not quite sure when or where he had got it and rubbed, what could be passed for a throat on a robot Digimon, and felt the scars there, which made him speak in such an odd way. "Mekanorimon, come, we must go and destroy those annoying brats before they ruin our plans any further." he heard his Master say. He nodded. "Yessss, Master."

Asuramon shall't be mine audition.

Alone inside the citadel candles had been burning for hours as the melting wax can testify. Asuramon down on his knees in a mode of meditation a face of blue with a gentle voice spoke out, "Oh holy ones, how this world hath been cursed by the dark ones, if it had only been more apparent to us in the days of old perhaps our beloved world would not be suffering so." Asuramon stood up and turned towards an empty poorly lit room.

His face became red "I will crush them all for tampering with the peace of this world, I will not stop until this world is returned to the way it once was!"

Suddenly his face snapped to a bright yellow "Oh but I don't have to do it alone, for the chosen of destiny will be at our side hope is not lost!" Asuramon said as he gleefully vanished into the dark room.

(Locomon goooo!)

Locomon found himself grinding his wheels against the track in annoyance. Not that he had anything against the children...the actually rather liked them. They hadn't tried to attack him, which was always a plus...though their partners were more of a concern on that front. Most of them had been rather polite to be honest...partners and children alike. He appreciated that.

He did not appreciate the current situation at hand however.
"By the Sovereigns, if you do not hurry up, I'm going to have to leave you behind." He finally spoke up, tone laced with mild irritation and an odd mix of affection. He wouldn't leave them behind of course...but they didn't need to know that.

As auditions are slow, I'll go after Peacockmon.

Images came and went on the towering arrangement of screens, showing CCTV footage of almost everywhere in the Data Factory. Peacockmon paced a little, his blue-steel talons making a harsh clank as he did, as he watched the monitors: he was impatient, eager to find incriminating footage of the rogue element. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw a trio of Haguramon detach themselves from a wall and, evidently exhausted, take a breather.
And we can't have that, can we? thought he as he marched to his desk and took up a small, silver intercom mic in his wing.
"Mekanorimon, report to grid reference x-10. There's a trio of workshy Haguramon there." He paused and looked back at the screen, where the Haguramon were still avoiding their duties, and smiled as he gave his ever-loyal grunts their order. "Kill them."
On the monitor, the Haguramon froze as three boxy robots fenced them in, and three claret lasers fired. Peacockmon began preening his steel feathers, a self-satisfied smile on his face.

My app is for the mighty ballistamon!

Ballistamon sighed as he rested against the wall in the data factory. The fighting had been getting steadily worse as his forces fought against impossible odds. He wished that he could go back to the days when everything was peaceful, when everything was quiet. But such things were not to be anymore. He had to stand up for his fellows in the factory. Their plight had been continuing for some time.

His friends would win, he would make sure of that. They would be at peace again, as Ballistamon had promised. They had joined him. He had led them into battle. Pulling lightning raids in the night. He had seen many of his friends perish, he had put his prodigous power to good use, or so he thought. In the last raid, he had been captured by Devimon and put in this cell. He didn't know what was happening on the outside, but he thought his friends were still fighting. He wasn't sure anymore, about anything. He was just so tired.

The alarm went off again in Sovereigns know how many hours, and Ballistamon lumbered to his feet with a grunt and rumbled to the edge of his cell. When would this nightmare end?

And a second app for demidevimon!

Demidevimon looked over the factory floor, looking for this "rogue element" as Peacockmon had put it. Evidently there was an uprising in this area, and the chosen were said to be a part of it. His head still hurt from the punishment the last time he failed his master, Devimon. Thus his master had sent him here under the watchful eye of Peacockmon, where he wouldn't fail any further.

He grumbled to himself, his blood boiled. Who did these Children think they were? This was all going great till they showed up! He caught a shadow move out of the corner of his eye. There, behind the boxes, were those the shape of children hiding?

He looked around the floor, eyes finally resting on a group of Thunderballmon powering a generator. He flew over to them in silence and out of sight. Reaching behind him, he clutched several black shards and then dropped them onto the working digimon. Peacockmon would hate this, but if it flushed the chosen out of hiding, his master would reward him!

An impish smile spread on Demidevimon's face.

"Come out, come out wherever you are." He said smugly to himself.

Man, when my schedule slips this much, it makes me feel like a jerk. Everybody gets the characters the auditioned for when we get to the Data Factory! Shiv, if you want to play DemiDevimon/PicoDevimon right away, he's just beginning an attack on the Chosen Children in the Maze of Devimon. Also, if anyone wants to pick up any of the untaken characters, send me a PM and we'll see.

Alrighty I'm going to be applying for Franken, one of the Trailmon, hope I do well.

Franken sighed as he chugged along the one railed track across the plains carrying some things that was sent out by the Data Factory, he was never told exactly what he was going to be transporting but he expected it to be something that wasn't at all for the good of the digital world. He's been dreading this line of work ever since Peacockmon became head of the factory which was longer than he could remember. He had heard rumors from his fellow Trailmon that human children were starting to appear in the digital world but Franken wasn't really going to believe that until he had actually seen one. He knew there was probably going to be no hope for them to escape the evil clutches of Peacockmon but he did take one bit of pleasure in doing his backbreaking job, he loved when he had to take the rough rails, that consisted of steep drops, sharp turns, and loops.

"Man another day of hard work. Will we ever get a break?" Trailmon Ball thought to himself. He turned to the chosen and smiled. "You guys seem like good kids. Hopefully you will find it in your kind hearts to help a poor digimon like myself. I work all day and this work is killing me. If you were to help me I would be happy to be of assistance to you in the future. Please help me like the good kids you are." Trailmon ball said with pain and tiredness in his eye but trying to keep a smile.
