The Mission

[Hewlett]

Hewlett, Tapirmon and Waspy came to upon a comfortable futon, Waspy as Puroromon curled up on the pillow and Tapirmon in a ball at its foot. Hewlett pulled himself up and realised that he was in a set of comfortable, oriental, silk pyjamas. He also realised that his hair had been cut, his clothes were clean-folded at the end of the futon, his laptop was charging next to him, and that Usa and Vee were asleep in a futon to his left and Teo and Yami in a futon to his right.
"Well," he mumbled. "This... this is odd."

[Usachan]

I wake up and look around, noticing that I was clean, in nice pajamas, on a comfy bed with Vee and Kulumon curled next to me, Hewlett, Tapirmon, Waspy, Teo and Yami in the same room. I blink in surprise. "What the hell?"

[Teo Sage]

Yami sat up and yawned as he rubbed his eyes smacking his lips together giving a clicking noise only he was different he regressed into Chibimon. "Wha--?" Yami said as he turned around and saw Teo laying next to him a big ol' sleep bubble from his nose.

He was dressed in peculiar PJ's with a strange reptilian creature pattern printed all around it. "Um...where did the city go?" Yami asked he turned to see everyone else. "Did we die?" Yami asked rhetorically after seeing Hewlett.

[Usachan]

Oddly enough, there was no smacking sound after Yami's question but only because Vee was too far away.

[Hewlett]

"As much as I hate to say it, Yami has a point there," Hewlett replied. "I mean, look at this! Clean clothes, comfy futons..." he paused and rubbed his head. "Has my hair been cut? Whatever, it seems pretty clear that whatever happened to us, we've been moved somewhere far more comfortable. And I, for one, propose investigating."

[Usachan]

I looked at Hewlett. "What happened to you? We thought we had lost you!" I said.

[Teo Sage]

Yami jumped down off the bed and jumped around "Huh....." Yami looked around. "Were in some type of estate, someone REALLY REALLY wealthy must own this place." Yami thought a little bit.

"What confuses me is why I regressed? Plus, we were summoned some how here where ever here is." Yami tried to pretend he was a high class digimon.

He moved over to his brother "Good sir, this is quite the peculiar pickle we've found ourselves in wouldn't you say ol' chap?"

[Usachan]

This time there was a resounding SLAP sound.

[Hewlett]

Hewlett laughed, and then pulled Tapirmon over.
"Tapirmon, do us a favour - turn into shadow and have a look-see around this place. Come back once you have a better idea as to where we are." The little brown mammal saluted with his paw - and it was not a jovial gag, but a mark of real respect.
"Sir." Hewlett saluted back as Tapirmon metamorphosed into shadowy wisps and drifted out of the room through the wall.

[Usachan]

I blinked. "Did I know he could do that?" I asked the shook my head and turned towards Hewlett. "You didnt answer my question."

[Teo Sage]

Yami was still rubbing his head teary eyed at the same time Teo began stirring in his sleep he sat up with a yawn. "Where....am I?" He said with a confused look.

[Usachan]

I looked over at Teo. "We were just discussing that. We dont quite know." I said.

[Teo Sage]

Teo looked around, then at himself "Huh? These are....my night clothes I wore before I..." Teo caught himself. "N-nevermind! ha ha! I must be imagining things!" Teo thought to himself 'Odd....last I remember I was unconscious because of that....but I feel fine in this place.'

[Hewlett]

Hewlett finished reflecting and turned to face Usa, a pensive look on his face.
"I... don't really know. There was a cave in, I remember that, and then we ended up in an odd sort of cavern, like it was moulded from sheer metal. Then things got weird - the whole place dissolved and we entered an ether." He frowned, and then became a little concerned. "I think we might have been deleted by something, however briefly. Not long enough to be unreconstituable, though. I wonder what happened, and how we ended up here." He stood up, the sheet coming with him, and he walked over to his laptop, where he sat down, knees by his ears, opened it, and started a little investigation.

[Usachan]

I look at Teo, slightly concerned. "He's hiding something." I thought to myself. I then shook my head. He wouldnt do that. I walked behind Hewlett and watched over his shoulder.
