Teo smiled "Aniki! Your up!" Teo called Yami looked at Teo "Aniki?"
"It means big brother or boss....but I like to think of Hewlett-san as a bigger brother!" Teo said. "Why not call him nii-san then?" "Cause that title belongs to someone else." Teo said remembering someone from his past.
Yami looked away. "So aniki, what'd ya see!? Tapirmon said you were day dreaming."

Teo listened to the story and stared in awe. "Oh? What do you think it all means?" Teo asked. Yami appeared to be in a meditative state thinking about what he just heard.

Hewlett twitched as something in the corner of his eye felt amiss - the space there almost wrong, false. Waspy's eyes narrowed at the same time, and so Hewlett understood that his partner had noticed. He turned his head and looked at the spot where everything had looked wrong for a moment:
And reality folded away in a twelve foot arc, like a rounded doorway, from the ground up and yet all at once - bits of colour and matter separating into impossibly two-dimensional squares and swivelling backwards into white nothingness on a doorway that had only one visible dimension itself.
The shortcut was open.

Yami looked at the opened shortcut "Yea....thats not ominous at ALL." He said sarcastically.
"What is it?" Teo asked. "Oh probably some dimension where a billion evil demons will pop out and eat us." Yami said suddenly a giant WHACK was heard on the back of his head.
Yami fell on his face "nii-saaaaaan!!!! That huuuuuuurt!!!!" He whined.

Vee sighed and shook his head. "Dont say things that arent true and dont be sarcastic." he said then looked at the portal. "Guess theres only one way to find out, ne, Usa-chan?" he said and smiled at me. I grin, grab his hand and we run and jump into the portal.

Teo smiled "Well if Onee-chan thinks its alright!" Teo grabbed Yami's arm while he was still pouting on the ground. "Huh? TeeeeeoooAHHHH!!" Yami shouted as Teo ran and jumped through.
"Aniki! Hurry up!" Teo echoed as he went through.

Waspy nudged his partner with his front leg. "You going in, Boss?" he asked. Hewlett nodded. He picked up Tapirmon as Waspy landed on his head, and turned to face the sea. He felt the warm, frothy water lap about his ankles as the surf came up with the rising tide, and let himself fall backwards into the shortcut.
As the hole in reality closed, a sharp bladed object was flung into it by something before the blocks of colour and mass rotated back out of the impossibly flat doorway.
Hewlett could see Teo, Usa, Vee and Yami as they all moved through the strange white space - they were falling, and he knew that all the time it seemed to be taking was relative, and that the journey was taking seconds, if any time at all. A wave of pixels suddenly passed them by, and real light shone on the group as they reached the other end, and then they came through a second doorway, and landed unceremoniously in a heap.
