"Ok i'm all for the idea" Renal said smirking. "I'm ok with the idea as well" Atlas said. "Ok its decided we split up and i agree with that V-mon we should go into two groups. So Atlas who should we go with?" Renal asked. "I don't care anyone is fine". Atlas said.

Hewlett decided to hang back and see how the group divided up - it would give him an insight into how they accepted the newcomer, Atlas. As he did so, a passage opened up to his left and he declared to the group
"Hey, guys? Someone should go this way." After a pause, he decided to go through the newly-opened passageway, and within he discovered a damp cave composed of eerily glowing rocks. Waspy, who had been following him, went back to check to see if anyone else was going that way, and Hewlett began examining the emanating stone to see if there was anything to be gleaned from them.

Teo watched as Hewlett went through a new path, "Yami it was your idea you choose." Teo stated. "Well certainly not the same way as him." Yami said. Teo frowned "So then where?" "Well since there are four paths to choose from and four pairs of two counting digimon and partner and Hewlett already selfishly mind you took the left path I say we go right." Yami said.
"I think your brother meant we should go into groups of two people and two digimon." Teo said. Yami smirked "That would be pointless, considering before hand we were in groups of two of that variety and we still got no where, its ok though I take pride in being the smarter twin." Yami kind of jumped out of his older brothers reach fearing a smack.
"If you say so Yami, we will go right." Teo turned to face the others "Minnasan! Sachiare!" Teo said waving as he turned to continue walking with Yami.

Vee sweatdropped at his brother's idiotic idea. I shook my head and looked at Atlas and Renal. "Onegai, will you go after Teo-kun? It's better if we at least try to stick together. I'll go after Hewlett-san." Both Vee and her bowed and ran after Hewlett. "Hewlett-san, matte yo!" I called out.

"Well i guess we are going with the kid" Renal said. "Out of those three i get a kid? All he will do is get in the way." Atlas thought. "Fine" he sighed. "I say we get to know them" Renal said running off into their direction. They eventually caught up to them and started walking.

Hewlett spun around as Usa called out to him and performed a camp little bow as she came over.
"Usa, what a pleasure!". There was a nagging thought at the back of his mind which he just couldn't shake - and then Usa gave him a sharp slap and he remembered what had happened some hours earlier.
Once he'd finished profusely apologising, they'd made their way down the passage and found that it split into two, and the question as to whether they would split up or remain a small, protected group was raised.

Yami continued to walk beside Teo "This plan is perfect we will be out before you know it!" Yami said proudly. Suddenly as they entered the next room it was the same as the last "Wh-what!? Happened!?" Yami said confused. "Uh Yami" Teo said making reference to there pursuers.
Yami turned and became infuriated "WHY ARE YOU HERE!?" Yami said clenching his fists. "Onee-chan and your brother sent them with us." Teo said. "WHAT!? Oh great! Now were separated! Of all the idiotic moves to make!" Yami said yelling into the sky. "They were just worried. We will be fine." Teo said then turned to Atlas and Renal.
"Glad to have you around!" Teo said. "NO I'm not! Because he is here we will be wandering this place even longer!" Yami said. "There is no point dwelling on something thats already happened Yami we just have to deal with it and move on." Teo said.
Yami glared at Renal and Atlas "Fine." Yami turned and continued to walk Teo shook his head "He is likable when he isn't angry don't feel offended." Teo smiled.

I had my arms crossed over my chest and was letting Vee talk to Hewlett for me. "Usa, I'm still pretty worn out from the last battle. We should stay with Hewlett-san and Waspy." Vee said, looking at me. I nodded. "Fine, but tell Hewlett-san he is unable to call me by first name anymore. Hikari-san is fine now." I said looking to the side, still mad. Vee sighed and turned to Hewlett. "You heard all that. No more Usa, Hikari-san now." he said shrugging.

Atlas got a little annoyed at yami and was glaring at him. "Understandable i mean, he probably is upset because he is with a another human and a cooler digimon." Renal said smiling and acting superior. "Come on" Atlas said and motioned for Renal to continue walking. Excuse me for my rude tamer but he doesn't like to talk much. Personally i think he's shy" renal said whispering loudly. "Renal!" Atlas said raising his voice calling him over. "Ah! Coming Atlas!" Renal said scurrying over to him.

Hewlett ignored Vee and Usa/Hikari-san and diverted down the left path, Waspy hovering at his shoulder. The room they entered, whilst still featuring the glowing rock - which Hewlett had been unable to identify - was also freezing cold, and the air was stifling, still.
Hewlett heard an ominous rumble from behind and as he spun around, he saw the entrance to the chamber move backwards and up as the maze reconfigured around them.

Teo looked at Renal "He is shy? Hmm that kind of reminds me of aniki when I first met him. Now we are like family." Teo replied Yami was ignoring the chatter behind him still angry about what happened.
Suddenly rumbling was heard "Does anyone else feel that?" Teo said. "Please tell me its not another freak digimon." Yami said they turned to see the room behind them move downwards.
"I think were moving." Teo said "SEE THIS IS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT! WERE SEPARATED FOREVER!" Yami yelled. "Yami I think your over reacting, were not separated forever just for now we will find the others you'll see." Teo reassured his partner.

I frowned as the maze changed once again and shivered at the cold. "Usa, want me to armor evolve into Fladramon to warm you up?" Vee asked. I shook my head. "It's alright Vee." I unclipped my D-3 and pushed a button. "Teo-kun, do you read me?" I asked.

"This can't be good at all" Renal said. Atlas took out his digivice unsure of what might jump out at them. "Renal stay on guard this could be a trap" Atlas said. "Right!" Renal said. "I suggest you two be careful and alert. I don't want you getting in my way." Atlas said.

Hewlett calmly finished taking a sample of the strange, glowing stone and navigated his way back to the entrance/exit. He pulled his Digivice from his pocket and activated the comm feature - immediately followed by an onslaught of static.
"Odd."
The static ceased and the Digivice displayed the message 'Signal Distorted'. Hewlett filed this for future reference and decided that without the means to formulate a coherent plan, he would simply have to wait this one out.
After a few minutes, there was a rumbling in the background and the earth shook, and he could faintly hear the voices of Teo, Usa, Atlas, and their partners - from what he could pick up, the plan had worked, and they had emerged from their rooms in front of Devimon's lair.
"Boss... I think we might need to work our way out of this ourselves," opined Waspy, who sounded a little less gruff and a little more concerned. Hewlett nodded. I need to come up with a plan - and fast.

After the rumbling ceased, Teo and Yami walked into the room and spotted Usa and Hewlett. "Onee-chan! Aniki!" Teo said running over to them. Yami sighed in relief of seeing the others again.
"What happened how did we end up here?" Teo said Yami looked onto the horizon where a massive set of stairs led up to two large dark wood doors with a golden handle just staring at these doors the digimon could feel a great evil oozing from the cracks.
"He's there." Yami said aloud.
Meanwhile....Inside those same doors.
"PicoDevimon....our guests have found there exit, please go entertain them I'm sure there dying of boredom." Devimon smiled as he rested on his chair his head resting on his fist his legs crossed. "Do show them why they should have stayed in my maze." He said with a toothy smile.
